Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current and active Kansas physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and identify movement impairments and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide one-on-one care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical modalities
- Document evaluations, goals, progress notes, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
- Communicate treatment benefits, risks, and alternatives to ensure informed consent
- Discharge patients appropriately with recommendations or referrals as needed
